I'm serious when I say they care. Every time I've needed help they have been there for me. I am so grateful to this bank for their customer service! Ashley is superb and goes above and beyond for her clients to make their loan the best situation for you to fit your needs. I am so thankful to have them in our community!
I have been with MFCCU for almost 9 years! Every time I have needed assistance, everyone has been so helpful and accommodating! A big thank you to Ashley who has been an amazing loan officer and always answering my questions concisely and quickly! A full service credit union with a friendly staff. My wife and I took a personal loan at Members First, and we worked with Ashley.

Needed to withdraw $360.00 from Members First. They will only allow me to withdraw $300. Not the bank/credit union to use if ever need access to your funds. When asked why, I was told the only person that could help me was out of the office today. No thanks, I will just be removing my money and telling every one else to do the same. I have had many problems over the years with this "bank", I am done with it.

Basic ccu. I give this place three stars not because they are a bad bank but because they tote having the same features as larger banks but their mobile app is constantly having issues. We do much of our banking online and it is really frustrating to "encounter system errors" for hours when you just want to check your info. It also takes over a week at times for basic debits to be updated. Their mobile deposit feature didn't work for a few months etc. Again, it's a community credit union so it's not fair to compare to an actual bank, but we were really excited about how progressive the CCU claimed
