No walk in Covid testing? Unbelievable! Seeing a doctor prior to scheduled test is putting me and my coworkers at risk!
Organize a walk in testing center immediately!
It’s pandemic!

This place is a joke. Don’t bring your loved one here. You will wait forever for someone to come to you with no diagnosis and shrug their shoulders.

My father was in the ER today. I just wanted to state how pleased I was with the care by the staff and the ER Physician. She did a great job of explaining, she listened and was very thorough. Thank you Memorial Hospital of Texas County Staff, Nurses and Physicians. She provided us with reasoning and gave great instructions on our next step in treatment.

My husband has been twice now to have blood drawn. The first time they said they didn't have his paperwork from doctor. Dr said they had faxed it but would again. Fast forward to today 6 months later. I called this morning and verified with the lab that they did have his paperwork. Yes yes we do . Husband goes to check in and they tell him NO we do not have it , calls me, I call the lab AGAIN yes ma'am we do. He goes back in to check in they tell him No they don't have paperwork............ finally I guess someone knew what they were doing. I mean seriously is it rocket science????? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

My mother went into the ER with several deep cuts and visibly broke fingers on her left hand. She has anxiety and depression and takes pills daily to maintain it. Being said, since she's never experienced an accident like this before, she was historical and in a lot of shock. As soon as they arrive to the ER they raised their voice at her to calm down and it startled my mom so she tried her best to be calm. She was admitted into a room where they stitched her up with 20 plus stitches and then ran an x ray on her hand to see if her fingers were indeed broken. The whole time she was there which

I will never forget the experience I had there when my mother was dying. Growing up in Guymon and going to the hospital to visit my grandmother who worked in the canteen when I was a kid used to be one of my favorite things to do.
Now, I wouldn't recommend it to the person I hated most. It was a horrible experience and my family, like everyone else I know, will risk the hour drive to Liberal.

Please be careful of patronizing this hospital if you are not White. When we visited there, they were quite racist to us. Not only did they not want to let us into the emergency room when my son was visibly acutely ill, but the doctor did not want to touch my son to examine him. The hospital claims values of respect, integrity, and compassion, but they did not extend those values to us. As for the Hippocratic Oath, that was not honored either. This was one of the most virulent examples of anti-Blackness that I have experienced in the modern era.

This hospitals billing department is a joke. The 2 times I have been seen at this hospital for appointments I have had issues with billing. The first time I fought with them for days on the phone over the bills I received (when I shouldn’t have received any), for them to finally figure out what they did wrong and fix it. The second time, they accepted my insurance cards at check in and sent me back for my appointment only to receive a call 4 days later stating that they don’t accept my insurance. This is unacceptable, I would have never went through with the appointment if I would have been

I wish I could rate the Doctors and nurses separate than insurance and billing. Doctors and nurses a great. The billing and insurance is a freaking joke. I have had had to make at least a dozen calls so far and nothing gets settled. Be prepared even if they says they are in network you will get a ton of bills because they arent always in network. They say one thing then send you a bill the next.
