Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Came to clean my chimney. Made a mess all over. Spent not even 15 minutes here and charged me $225 and then tried to convert me to their religion by passing on brochures and preaching. What I thought was a chimney safety pamphlet was nothing more than religious nonsense. Get out.

Be aware of their business practices. I hired them to clean my chimney. Instead of cleaning it, they came out, wrote up a list of reasons why the woodstove/chimney setup was not built to code (only a couple of which were accurate) and then charged me $50 to tell me this information And not sweep the chimney. I wanted them to perform a service, not act as my insurance company, and then charge me some sort of consulting fee that I did not ask for.They made no prior notification that they would not sweep the chimney if it didn't meet their standards. They may do good work, but this lack of communication
