The rudest woman! Wouldn't even listen to what I have to say! Hung up on me twice! She could have a new PAYING customer for life but wouldn't even take the time to listen to what I needed help with, assumed I was looking for free service and told me to wait on hold with the IRS. Unbelievable! I didn't even want to give one star but Google wouldn't allow anything less.

In response to DeAnna Hilson, she did call my office on an IRS tax deadline because she was tired of holding with the IRS for help with her tax question. I told her I offered tax services for a fee, and it wasn't fair to me to take my time to answer her tax question. The IRS offers free advice. She said it was a simple question, and I said I didn't have time with the deadline and paying customers who were waiting. I did hang up because she was preventing me from working and never asked for an appointment. She never once offered to pay. She did call me a second time to tell me I was rude and that
