We have been in the real estate business since 1973 and in the auction business since 1986. It is important to note that we were Realtors long before we became auctioneers and bring many years of real estate experience to the auction industry. We have fourteen people affiliated with our company. Eight are full time employees and/or agents and six are subcontractors that work as needed on auction day.

We do not buy property at our auctions nor are we members of any investment group that buys property at our auctions. We strictly represent the seller and conduct all of our auctions in a manner that will maximize market value for our client.

Action is immediate. Sales are held in 45 to 60 days, with subsequent closings in 30 to 45 days. You have the advantage of being able to set the day and time that your farm will be sold and establish the fixed terms and conditions of sale that are not negotiable. This eliminates the hassle of haggling over details, contingencies, and who pays closing costs.
100% conversion to cash in one day; up to 1000 items of personal property can be sold, paid for and removed on sale day. Special items such as real estate, automobiles, boats, valuable art objects, antiques, jewelry, coin collections, guns, etc. will be evaluated by specialists for each type of item.
What qualifies you to appraise my property? A qualified appraiser has formal education in appraisal theory, principles, procedures, ethics and law. The appraiser should be up to date on the latest appraisal standards. Continuing education and testing are the only ways to ensure this competence. The appraiser you hire should be familiar with the type of property you want appraised and know how to value it correctly.
