I have used Stars Junk three times this year, and each time they were excellent. The last time, especially, was above and beyond what I would have expected. In two days they were able to remove everything from a pretty cluttered house, and with no problems at all. I cannot recommend them enough!

Made appointment for same day. Jonathan & Pedro showed up on time ready to go. Quoted reasonable price up front and got to work immediately. Took less than an hour to do backyard, side yard, and partial garage clean out. Will definitely use their service again.

Looking to clear out a rental to sell in downtown San Jose. Found this company on Yelp. I submitted a request for quote and immediately got a call back. Once we confirmed the date / time, I received a text confirming. 30 minutes prior to their arrival, I received a text that they were on their way. Carlos and Juan (i hope I got their names right) arrived. They were 2 young guys, very polite and courteous. They did the work and checked to make sure I was happy before leaving. The whole service transaction was smooth with no surprises.

Fred and Victor from Stars Junk really helped me out on the day I needed to move. After being scammed by my moving company, I was forced to leave behind quite a few items I had no choice but to part with and little time to do something about them. I called Stars Junk and they were able to get me a same day appointment within minutes, even on a Sunday. Fred and Victor were at my house within an hour, took a quick assessment of the junk I had and gave me a very fair price. They were able to get everything done in about 30 minutes. I can’t recommend Stars Junk enough, and Fred and Victor in my opinion

Excellent Customer Service! We recently needed some older furniture hauled from the house so called STARS JUNK after reading all of the positive reviews. When calling STARS Junk, they provided us with a pick up time that same morning. The haulers showed up on time and completed the removal within minutes. They were cordial wearing face masks and very respectful of our property. I would like to commend Fred and Victor on their assistance and great customer service. I highly recommend STARS JUNK.

Great customer service and efficient work. Had a bunch of junk that I needed to get rid of in my garage and back yard. Juan came out initially to quote the work and returned today to get the job done. Great guys. Very friendly and quick. Great prices as well. Will absolutely use these guys in future for any other junk removal needs!

Claudio was very responsive via Yelp messages & then I booked appointment quickly online. They sent two gentlemen to pick up a heavy flywheel from an old elliptical. Hauled it down a flight of stairs. Fee included the labor & disposal, was reasonable enough & slightly lower than other places. They were on time, professional, friendly & efficient. Would recommend this business.
