Motorcycle Center has friendly experienced staff. The store is very large with ton of inventory. The service department is amazing. They kept my Honda vtx 1300 in tip top shape. When I was ready to trade in my vt1300 Motorcycle Center got me great deal on the Street Glide and then I had them custom build my motorcycle. It came out amazing !!!!

Don’t go here. Terrible service. There’s many other bike shops in the area. Owner is completely full of himself and has THE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Be careful when you buy here. They refuse to do exchanges or returns. I drove 40 mins as I spoke to someone over the phone who approved the exchange only to be rudely turned down by the owner who acts like he doesn’t need customers. Never again.

I bought an Airflite helmet from MC. Prices were all in line with what I have been finding online but the +++ side you get helpful and knowledgeable staff to assist you if your new to biking.
I had a product issue with the airflites chin skirt. I brought it in anticipating buying a replacement and seeing what the issue was. They were quick to change it out at no cost. Definitely a place worth buying from.

This is the worse motorcycle shop ever. I bought a stater & rectify for my GSXR 600. They said it was OEM. It didn’t last a month and it turnout it was aftermarket part that they purchased off eBay for $40 and charge me $120. I advise you to never do business and they are very shady. Just save your money go somewhere else that’s more professional.

I've been to this location several times, and am impressed at the knowledge these guys have. They helped me with some issues I had with my Yamaha YZ490 engine. Very helpfull with ordering the right parts. Most of the time they have what I need in stock. I tell my friends about this place and there as happy as I am. Thank You

I don't know what these other people were complaining about. I had my new tires mounted and balanced today. The guy at the counter was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived early and they took my bike in right away while I waited. It took over an hour but that was expected. I walked around the store and ended up buying gloves and a cable lock in addition to the work being done on my bike. They didn't try to up sell me on any unnecessary repairs and checked over my bike to make sure all was in order.
I was very happy with the service and will be back whenever I need service.
