I started Tier 1 Auto Detailing in 2016 with a pocket full of money, a mind full of ideas and a great deal of passion for detailing. I was raised as a "Car Guy" and have always loved fine automobiles. I really love exotics! I have detailed just about everything from $300,000 Rolls Royce Wraiths & Mclarens down to $500 daily driver cars.

Great detailers and very friendly. I've taken my car here twice now and both times have been impressed with their work and fair prices. Alfie worked on my car today and was great. She explained what she was going to do and gave me lots of information and details on how to keep my car's exterior looking great. I'll be back and highly recommend their work. Thanks!

I took my 2015 Corvette Z06 in to Tier 1 Auto Detailing for the "Quick Detail" package and was blown away, both with the quality of the work and the awesome customer service from Alfie and William. They went above and beyond accommodating my schedule and using an awesome set of processes and products with the detail work. I am a very picky car owner who normally doesn't trust anyone else with the car but myself. Tier 1 is the only place so far which has earned my trust!

Just my second Yelp review and another 5-star detail job from William and his team at Tier 1. This time I brought in a 2006 Toyota 4Runner I recently bought, to get detailed. While the truck had been taken care of, the paint was showing its age.
As before, William got back to me lightning fast to schedule my appointment. He replied to me on a SUNDAY evening! How many business OWNERS do that? That alone tells you you're dealing with a top notch company.
Dropped off the truck this morning and since I opted for a full detail and headlight restoration, the job would take several hours.

Got another detail job done at Tier 1. This time, Dominic did the work but his work is still top notch and is well worth the price.
Should mention that William was slow this time getting back to me through Yelp to setup an appointment. He did eventually respond, though days later. Just be aware if you're trying to setup an immediate appointment with him. Might be best to try his direct number if you can't get a quick response from him through Yelp.

These guys are awesome!!! David did an amazing job and he took his time to walk me through the process (I'm a tough customer). Sure, I could have gone somewhere cheaper, but the service and amount of detail was well worth the price. My 718 looks like it just came out of the showroom. Customer for life!!!

I wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the wonderful experience I had at Tier 1 Auto Detailing. I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry SE and was interested in finding the right professional to entrust my new car with. Fall and Winter are coming.... I never look forward to those 2 seasons in the state of Virginia because of all the wonderful beltway and Jefferson Davis construction contracts that never seem to end...... From junk trucks, to rocks, hail, salt, and all the other things the state throws at you; I wanted to find someone to help me protect my vehicle and I feel blessed to have

This review comes quite late, 7 months after William worked on my car, but I wanted a chance to see how the Ceramic Pro was working before I wrote a review.
First off, William was a consummate professional to work with. He's friendly, courteous, very responsive to queries, and very good at what he does. I had many questions for William and he patiently answered them all very in a very timely manner. I'd heard a lot about Ceramic Pro wanted to have my car coated in Ceramic Pro so I wouldn't have to bother with waxing again.
I drove my car directly from the dealership to Tier

My father retired from General Motors in Janesville, WI. For much of his time, we worked the paint department and in our home town, he was the "go to" guy for painting cars. Growing up in the garage with Dad taught me a ton about automobiles and even more about perfection.
When I dropped my car off at Tier 1 today, I was worried their work wouldn't be up to my standards. The Porsche 911 dropped off was a newly purchased used car and it was in very sad shape. Dingy interior, gross dirt covered seats, worn out molding and more. I don't think the former owner ever washed it.

This review is a bit late in coming, as it's been a couple of months since William did my car. Better late than never. He does a lot of high-end cars and mine's just a 2012 Camry, but he treated mine with the same care and commitment to quality as he would a Ferrari. My Camry SE V6 was bought used as a lease return. It was in great shape overall but the person that leased it had clearly not ever polished it and the paint was dull and grainy. William restored the paint to a high shine that I never would have thought possible, made the engine compartment look new again, and deep cleaned

First and foremost - William is a great guy. I wish everyone I work with had as much passion and appreciation for their profession as he does. He works super hard and is super professional. His shop is an extension of him and his work ethic. It is super clean, organized, and comfortable for guests.
I had never dropped this much money for a car, so it was difficult to justify spending another chunk of cash on this ceramic coating

For the last six months I've been dreaming of an interior detail.
My car is twelve years old, I've had it for nine and it's still in great shape. But the inside was a mess - I have long blonde hair and crumbs of yore that had been collecting between the seats and the center console for years. This has been driving me bananas forever - but its such a tight spot and there's no way to get to it unless you take the seats out.
I consulted a bunch of detailing businesses on here, letting them know I wanted this particular area cleaned out but the responses were kind of iffy. However

William the owner got me in his shop within 2 days for installation of Ceramic Pro and Xpel (another shop wants me to wait 6 weeks)

Stop searching and call Will. He will take good care of you and your vehicle(s).
Btw my 2017 Outback looks better than when it came off the dealer :)
