I am a Board Certified pediatric dentist. I graduated from Marquette University with my doctorate in dental science and completed a pediatric dental residency at Baylor College of Dentistry (now part of Texas A&M University). Friendly staff, but billing is horrible. Just about every time My kids go there the services that are supposed to be covered by my insurance are not.... and when you specifically ask if the X-rays your child had are a year from the last ones they say yes.... but they were not... and now you have to pay for them.

All my kids have gone to Young smiles since they opened. I'm very disappointed that they will no longer accept patients that receive Badger care insurance (Medicade). I'm sure it had left a burden on not only my family but many other families in the local Manitowoc area! Not only have my kids now had to miss all of there cleanings it will take time to find a good pediatric dentist and have to schedule out a ways.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place absolutely ruined my daughter's teeth. The dentists incompetent and half can't do every procedure dentists should offer. Instead of filling my daughter's cavity they bullied me into putting silver diamate on it and it completely ruined my daughter's teeth. They refused to fix it and we're extremely rude. Don't bring your kids here.
