My experience with Kyle Koller (now a branch manager of UMortgage) was fantastic. Our offer was contingent upon us paying a large sum of earnest money within a ridiculously short period of time after acceptance, which was nerve-racking to say the least. Kyle moved heaven and earth to make sure our appraisal was done before then to give us peace of mind. The whole loan approval process moved so quickly and smoothly that my realtor - who had never worked with Kyle before - was extremely impressed. I was referred to Kyle by a coworker a couple years back but didn’t seriously start looking at homes until a year ago this month. It took us exactly a year and 26 offers in this sizzling market but we finally closed on a home yesterday. I've worked with Summit Home Loans on multiple loans over a couple of years. While lenders have been a challenge to work with, the Summit Team has been great at working through each challenge as it came up. They gave good advice on when to lock in rates that ended up in significant $avings! They helped us with personal mortgages as well as investment property initial financing and refinances. I am so glad that I had help me with my loan. We had a few bumps in the road with the underwriters and Kyle was a steamroller and smoothed them out. Even with all of the trouble that they caused, Kyle was still able to get our loan to close over a week early. He went above and beyond what I expected. Even I thought that it wasn't a big deal, but to him it was, and he wasn't willing to take no for an answer. I will have him do any loans for me in the future and will happily recommend him to everyone.
