The right imaging, right away. Depending on the diagnosis, different imaging types are needed. There's the low cost and quick X-Ray, the high qualityimages from our CT scanner, MRIs where we want a close look without the radiation, and ultrasound for some soft tissue images. This review is for covid tests only. First things first: this location is often crowded and there is often a long wait (2-3 hours). There has also occasionally been email mix ups for my family where results don’t show up in the portal, etc and we had to wait to call the next day. However, the service of providing same day PCR testing is hard to find in Las Cruces. The latest I’ve had to wait for results has been the next day, which is still incredibly fast. This has allowed my family to safely gather or to quickly and effectively have results after an exposure. Do go prepared for a wait if

We waited for 2.5 hours to get tested, which is fine, we anticipated waiting. When the registrar came to ask how many people were being tested, we said 3. My husband, daughter and myself. They came to test us and didn’t have my daughter’s information to be tested. So we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to come back. Now the portal only shows 2 pending tests. My daughter’s test isn’t there for pending. So I called at 4:00 pm. Waited on hold 2 hours for me to be transferred to voicemail at 6:00. I work in the medical field and send my patients to this location and I definitely will

I called in the morning about getting a COVID test and was told they do testing “until 5:00 and later in the day is the best time to go because it’s not as busy.” I was there at 3:40, pulled into a parking spot only to be told testing had ended. When I questioned this, a girl by the name of Vanessa came out. She was the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in a long time. She asked if I wanted to speak with an office manager and I said yes. I waited and no one came out. Go somewhere else! If this is how they run their practice I would question how accurate the testing is.

Horrible service. Would not recommend coming here. I waited in my car for 2 hours. I was the last person they walked up to. They asked me if I had registered to get tested. I had done that about a hour ago. Looks to me like they lost my daughter and I paper and insurance information. They just brought two test and I have yet to receive the results. I have called them two times all I got was they should be coming in soon. It’s 5 and I have not received our results.

DONT COME HERE, this is the worst experience you can ever have. The girl answering the phone sounds like she hates her job. The girls running outside look lost. You have to park in front of the building to be assisted. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - You have 0.01% chance of actually getting help after waiting an hour.

COVID TESTING PLACE FAIL! I am a very patient person. Wait time is not a problem for me. When you arrive to this urgent care there is a sign at the door to wait in you car and call the number. Does not specify when you see staff stop them from doing "their job" to see if your going to get help. Waited on the phone for over an hour for at the end to say to leave a message finally I seen an employee going outside and talked to her and she said she don't know how phone system works. But they are done doing testing
and it was my fault for not talking to staff that was coming outside to help other

Remember that most people who take time to post reviews are the ones that are angry. I know that no one likes a long wait to be seen, but at the same time everyone wants to spend as much time with the doctor as possible... you can't have it both ways. I'm glad they take time with every patient to make sure their needs are addressed. Wonderful doctors and a wonderful staff.
