Robert called before coming by to evaluate and repair my garage door. The cable had popped and it needed repair. Robert offered me my options and then got to work repairing my door. I found him knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Have used GGD in the past and would call them again if needed.

Just had an awful experience with one of the employees here at garage door doctor. William Getty. His inability to show compassion to others, while seemingly enjoying doing so will forever keep me from getting any work done by this company. I work in the auto industry, I always need a good company to help with garage door repairs, but it'll never be this one as long as William works there. That's a shame because I have quite a few connections with shops all over the garage door doctors sales region due to growing up and being a part of the industry for more than half of my time alive

After a no show by the original installer, I found Fred and Garage Door Doctors and to my surprise was able to get a next day appointment. Fred was personable and professional, immediately diagnosed the problem with our door opener! There was a part that needed to be ordered and as soon as it arrived, Fred was back at our home finishing the repair and made some adjustments to make the door open quieter and more efficiently.
Many thanks to Fred for the great service! If we ever need our garage door fixed again you will be the first call I make!!

Did not install according to manufacturer specs. Missing bolts, loose bolts, missing parts.... Had second appt scheduled for Saturday. Cancelled via text 5 minutes before. Late to original appointment. Had audacity to text five minutes before second appointment to cancel. I immediately called him and he wouldn't answer. There is not enough space to write about everything. Find someone that stands behind their work. I'm glad I waited a bit to submit this review. Would not recommend again after this experience. Unfortunately I was naive at time of installation, and just thought that
