I contracted with Gutter Helmet to install gutters on my 100+ yr old home. Unlike Thier competitor that wanted to rip out the facia, Gutter Helmet had a solution to get around the molding. They did a fantastic job a nd we're very professional. The installers we're very efficient and had knowledge to deal with the problems associated with an older home. Cleanup was very thorough and even removed remnants of a old gutter laying on the ground. All in all, I paid a good price, received quality product. I would highly recommend Gutter Helmet to anyone thinking about gutters.

Worked with gutter helmet to install around 150' of covered gutters around my home as well as a short length of heated gutter on the second floor roof. Though they had to come back to finish the work (I was warned beforehand that my fascia might need to be extended to install the gutters, so that's on me) the service guys were quick and unobtrusive. They worked in the middle of a snow shower and always checked in on major details.
Really pleased with the install. Haven't really seen the gutters in action yet but I have high hopes.

So here is our experience:
We were told that if we paid $150 and had an inspection that the warranty would be transferred to us from the previous owners of our home. We did this. There was some work that was deemed necessary. We didn't question it at all as where the work needed to be done we knew a tree fell on the house so it all made sense.
We were quoted $500 to have the work done and an appointment was made. No one ever showed up. I called and emailed to see what happened and we were told they called (I never had a message). Then we are told that because this is a sales call not a

Super frustrating experience! They do not get on a ladder and measure. Gutter does not fit against our home. Now water is leaking down my house, never had this issue before. They will not take any responsibility for not measuring and installing properly. They also returned to my property without telling me and left me a note to install a diverter,costing me more money after spending $5000! If you have a custom home definitely do not use this company! Also I should have refused the customer survey they make you awkwardly fill out in front of the installers. Keep searching this is not the company

I called them up asking for assistant a few months after the purchase of our home, the gutterhelmet system is broken and causing damage to my house. Larry on the phone told me they can "fix and clean the gutters" after I transfer ownership of the warranty from the previous owners. This costed me $150 to "transfer warranty". I sent in the check and the forms to them.
Fast forward 8 months. I call them up again and ask about getting someone to fix and clean our gutterhelmet and gutters, the lady on the phone with me said they do not clean gutters. Which is the exact opposite of what I was told in

We had a great experience with our gutter helmet installation. I received a call the day before confirming that the installers would arrive between 8 and 9am the next day. Cosmo and Cameron arrived just before 830am. Cosmo explained exactly what was being done and was very patient with my questions. Great install experience.
Edit: Still happy. We weren't able to have our gutters cleaned out on the day of installation as everything was frozen inside the gutters. I called back when the weather warmed up and two individuals came out just a day or two later for the cleaning. Everything went very smoothly

What a sham! Had our windows done back in 2007 when they were Huff N Puff, the salesman talked us out of choosing Anderson windows, went with "triple pane" Corelle windows instead. Being a first time home buyer, of course we believe him ( my mistake!).. and $12,000 later, not even 10 years our windows films were peeling off.. called customer service because we have 50 years warranty on the windows, and was told that oh, nothing we can do.. company went out of business so you can go somewhere else to fix the glass..

I am not happy with the installation of the Gutter Helmet we had done a few months back - and certainly not for the money I paid Huff n Puff for the installation. At NO time during the sales process or during the installation itself was it explained that the gutter shields could (or would) have to be installed ABOVE the shingles and screwed directly DIRECTLY into the roof shingles.
During the sales presentation, the gutter shields were shown as being screwed into the roof after being placed UNDER a row of shingles for protection.
Apparently, there was an 'alternate installation method' where

The sales and installation processes were flawless. Mitch sold us exactly what we needed. Anthony & Derek installed gutters downspouts & gutter helmet and left my property cleaner than when they arrived.. The office staff were a bit hard to reach and slow to return calls to clear up my concerns on install date. Need to take customer service lessons from sales and installation.

I have had these guys do my gutters on two houses, one with their Gutter Helmet and one with just gutters. The Gutter Helmet does what it's supposed to do (keeps the debris out) so I don't have to climb 30' on a ladder to pick out dead birds and leaves anymore. Are they the least expensive, no, but it's nice to do business with a local company with a legit service warranty and sales guys that actually know what they are talking about and show up on time.
