We were very happy with how we were treated when making cabinet selection. Did not receive what was ordered. I understand mistakes happen. Called and was told they would talk to the owner and see what they could do. Haven't heard from them yet. After spending $14k on cabinets I regret using them. Not because of mistake because those happen but because they haven't attempted to rectify problem.

Poor customer service. We ordered stair casing, newel posts and balusters. Shipment delayed three times receiving the ordered material. In addition, balusters were ordered at the wrong width for the handrail. It took 2 weeks longer than anticipated to receive the right size balusters and we had to pick-up.. they haven't been easy to reach by phone when we had questions; however, they called to let us know of extra fees charged due to their oversight.

I would give them more stars if I could. I needed 12" piece of shoe molding in pine in a size I couldn't find at Lowe's , Home depot and 84 Lumber. Not only did they have it and cut for me within minutes, they just gave it to me. I never heard of this place until today but I will make it my first choice for my projects.

I love this place. I buy all my wood molding here. They have the largest selection of moldings. I especially like that because they have different styles that the big box places have. What surprising is, you would think it would be more expensive, but they are less expensive than the big box stores. They are super friendly and helpful. They do offer custom services.
