I called yesterday regarding a small amount of graffiti at my place of business and 4 hours later it was removed! Nicholas asked that I send pictures, he then texted me back within 5 minutes with quote and offered to swing by the same afternoon. I wish everyone I did business with was like Nicholas.

I can't say enough good things about Nicholas and his work. I am trying to sell my rental houses and needed them cleaned up as much as possible. It had been 11 years of environmental dirt. He got the 3 houses looking as though they were just painted. I was so excited and relieved that his method did not chip the stucco and made the White siding beautifully white. And his rates were so reasonable. I have been a target of so many others and I trust he won't take advantage of you.

S&N is a fantastic service!!! Nicholas is very professional on all levels. He is communicative, responsive when contacted, he arrives on time, calls if anything needs to shift, is very honest about what he is able to do and how much it will cost, his equipment is top notch in in great condition, as well as his appearance. His work is efficient and clean! He goes the extra mile to get the area prepared and is willing to move and clear out anything needed to be removed prior to beginning. No one from this company ever approached me about paying for my car to be washed.
And the point is the cars shouldn't have needed to be washed in the first place. Your man was careless.
And saying the customer was satisfied means you have no responsibility on impacting anything else as long as the customer was happy.
What about all the runoff that should have been collected, not flushed down the alley.

Can not recommend these people enough!!!
If you need anything power washed (in my case it was my clogged gutters and downspouts in preparation for El Nino- the recent rain caused a lot of problems and I suspect it's going to get worse this winter), I would highly recommend the people at S&N Pressure Washing to do it for you (As all the other yelpers said, Nicholas was phenomenal).
Price was one of the cheapest I could find in the area (call them for a ballpark number depending on your house size/stories), quality of work was much better than what I could have personally done, and they

I was referred to nick by a family friend that used his services on their driveway. They said that after he was finished, it looked brand new again. They're people that are difficult to impress, so I knew he had to have done a great job.
Our backyard is partly brick and certain parts of the backyard don't get sun so algae grows. It's pretty nasty! I called up nick and he was quick to respond and super helpful. He set up a date and was on time. Super super nice guy! He was affordable and He had my brick looking like new once he was finished.
I highly recommend him for any washing
