If I were rating on how the business WAS, I'd give it five stars. But I had to remove a couple stars because, as of 20 Dec 2021, they no longer provide cosmetic treatments. Indeed, their only service will be Ketamine therapy. Go figure; they did a very nice job with neurotoxins and fillers. Oh well, back to searching out a new medspa. Sigh. If you can recommend one in the Conejo Valley, please feel free to DM me :-)

The doctor is a liar and the receptionist is just horrible.
They booked a botox appointment for me. I waited almost 40 minutes past my appointment only seeing the receptionist for just a fleeting moment.
Finally the doctor emerged. Seemed nice but the lies began.
He told me that Dysport was just as effective as botox. I booked a botox appointment, they had no botox. Apparently it didn't come in the mail.
Why didn't the rude receptionist tell me?
No idea.
So, I was there, I submitted to Dysport with the assurance that if I want happy come back in 4 weeks for botox.

Life changing! After a bad case of Covid Pneumonia I really struggled to fully recover. The brain fog and vertigo were brutal. I started going to Dr. Java for the IV infusions. He made customized bags for me. Every time I received an infusion I got a little piece of myself back. My energy got better, the vertigo improved, and even my vision was clearer. I'm so grateful I found Yofi! I recommend it for everyone! Even if you just want a health boost for your immune system. It's amazing!

. Today I had an appt. I had a little issue on the pricing the front office girl went to talk to Dr. Rad , he came out and without hesitation took care of the problem..He was so amazing. Everyone in the office is so nice. The office is so beautiful and very clean... I Highly recommend Yofi Medical Spa. 100% I'll be back. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Came in today for a Botox treatment after I heard some great feedback from a good friend. I have to say the ambiance was just right. It's not one of those Hollywood-Beverly Hills vibes, this place has a dreamy view of the hills with a perfectly placed bird feeder you can get lost in for a few minutes watching the local birds and rabbits feed on.
I was acknowledged by Angelica at the front and she is a complete peoples person. While I was waiting I saw the IV injection menu and decided to go for it since I was running short on energy and get like I could use a boost. I went with the immunoboost

I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience. Just from the scheduling process, I knew I was in good hands. Angelica, the esthetician who doubles as front desk, I think, texted me while i was on shift at work to get me scheduled--so easy! And Angelica is so kind.
I came here for a filler special after getting half a syringe somewhere else. I had some asymmetry after that visit. When I came here to Yofi, Kim was so kind and patient, listening to what I wanted and to my concerns. As she was injecting, we decided to stick with half a syringe this visit as well, and let all the swelling go

I just got botox and a lip filler done today. I must say I'm so pleased with my whole experience at Yofi. They're such professional and carrying office. The Doctor was so Amazing and the office staff was just Spectacular! The office is Beautiful to walk into. They offer so many different services. I love the fact that they use CareCredit. So looking forward to going back.
