WOW this company has changed. We had a wonderful digital rep. Aulbrie at Netsertive that cared about us as a small appliance dealer in the Nationwide Marketing Group for a long time. Then she left a few months ago and I guess the work load shifts to those still employed there. They just didn’t care, and our relationship with company stopped.

My company has used these guys for our digital marketing for years. We tried other companies/solutions including doing it ourselves. Their return on investment is by far the best. You can spend money quickly with lots of firms online but our other options never brought us the leads we
get with these guys. Their reports to us are very good and our account manager is as well. But most importantly our sales are higher when we use them.

Was referred this company by a friend who has been using them for years . Netsertive has proven itself to be very effective for my business . Not sure about the other comments on here but we can only say they sure know how to handle your advertising campaigns . Overall excellent communication as well as service . Just want to let future potential clients of Netsertive to turn and run the other way, it's a total scam... you can do a better job yourself for 2/3's less the investment... don't be fooled by all the pictures they paint of success... and if you did sign up beware of their cancellation policies.
Most of your monthly fee paid to them goes in their pocket and next to nothing goes towards your campaign.

I’ve worked with about a dozen different digital marketing companies over my business ownership career for various projects. Netsertive is by far the the worst I have ever worked with. $10k charged to my cc on file. and they had no lead (form filled) tracking in place. They spent my money recklessly. I didn’t receive the promised weekly reports. They only paused my campaigns after my 3rd attempt to get resolution. They acknowledged many of my concerns but did nothing to rectify the issues. They will spend your budget regardless of results then try to spin things about how great the results

Stay away from this company at any cost. I signed up with this company in August. The salesman, Matt, seemed very nice and of course promised me the world. He said we would meet monthly to look at the numbers and to strategize and make changes to the marketing. The first month we had a banner month. The second month was a disaster. I did see a few banner ads when I was surfing the web in the first month, but none lately. I haven't seen the salesman, Matt, since I signed the paperwork, nor has he called. It's now December. I scheduled a conference call with a manager who said

We had switched to Netsertive several years ago because we weren't happy with the followup from the previous company. Netsertive has given to us everything we expected, monthly followup, constant evaluation and adjustments of product performance. They are always available for help and have a true concern for the dealership.

Do not believe Netsertive when Netsertive talks to you about retargeting, impressions & things of that nature it's all a scam for Netsertive to take advantage of the naïve. Netsertive is going to talk big numbers like 100,000 & 200,000 impressions it's all a scam Netsertive is charging me over $1200 a month for something that I ended up getting for free from Google.
