There is a $75 fee on tent deliveries. An additional fee will be added when we are delivering more than 10 miles from our location. That fee will be $4/mile. Deliveries are made to a convenient point for the delivery vehicle to park. Extra charges may result in deliveries to upstairs events, downstairs to lower lakeside venues or any point where extra time is involved.

Great staff!! Customer service is top notch. They offer catering supplies from tents to silverware. BBQ grills, inflatables, dunk tanks and a variety of lawn, yard and construction equipment. You really need to visit their website to see the variety of products and services they offer. I have rented catering equipment, an excavator and this is our propane spot. The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are very reasonable.

Have rented multiple pieces of equipment over the years. Always great friendly service and very accommodating. I had a chipper blow a belt over the weekend I rented it one time. Pinnacle sent a service man out to replace belt and let me finish my job unhindered! Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff.

We may not be able to rely on NYSEG to get power to the stove but we can sure count on Pinnacle Rental Centers to always be there in a time of need. Fast, excellent, reliable, great caring people. Pinnacle Rental is an absolute must for folks renting or living on the lake. We had a gathering to support a charity swim across Keuka and they had all of our needs covered for a once a summer event. Their staff is excellent and coordinated the delivery of our equipment through a third party who also relayed their professionalism. The items we rented were exactly as advertised and took all of the leg and prep work out so we could enjoy ourselves! I also could not believe the selection of equipment they stock...we went in looking for table and chairs to accommodate a party of 25, and had to get
