The only people I would recommend at the firm are the office staff. Mr Lurie is a charming enough guy but he he is all about the money. His money. The money he makes on your case. When I tried to talk to him about a 7% discount on his final billing he became very angry. He talks s good game and will tell you how great your case is and then once he has the retainer he is off to the races. We were offered a settlement after a few months and one year later in a deposition I find out from the opposing counsel that Mr . Lurie never even made a counter offer to the settlement. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!!! He failed my case on all counts, provided horrible service, and used most of my retainer amount of $10,000 to write up a complaint that wasnt filed, and wasnt supposed to be filed. I hired him to obtain the return of my money, but he didnt even call the Defendant to ask for it back!
After paying his exorbitant "consultation fee" of $590, and spending 2 hours with him explaining what I wanted, he still got it wrong. He thought I wanted the property back! Wrong! I just wanted the money back! How could anyone screw that up?

My experience with Barak and his team have been a true pleasure they are business attorneys of the highest caliber of integrity and ethics. He believed in my case as strongly as I did from day one and was in it to win it. Barak and Michele worked effectively to quickly negotiate settlement and not allowing my legal expenses to reach sky high. Yes legal battles like real battles can be very expensive, risky, dramatic, it's one heck of a roller coaster ride. That is why I do not recommend for the faint of heart you have to have the strongest facts and convictions for justice in your case

I hired this Law firm to represent me. Paid them over 30K. Ran out of money and three weeks before trial the pushed me to go proper or get another attorney. Didn't have any money, so I went proper and lost the case. Lost 80K on the suit and another 30 plus K went to Lurie & Park. I don't recommend this firm. Vampires!!
