Iron on patches are not suitable for use on vinyl, leather and smooth poly-nylon materials because they will not bond. For patches on these types of fabrics, we recommend stitching. Iron on patches work excellent for applications to caps, bags, and other areas that are difficult to be sewn. 5. Once the artwork meets your final approval the order is sent to production and usually shipped out in 1-4 days.

Horrible quality product and even worse customer service. Bob is terrible to deal with and unimaginably rude. Highly recommend staying far away from this business. If I could give zero stars, I would.
EDIT: Looks like the owner, Bob, is responding to reviews - I'm surprised, because he never responded to emails or phone calls. Bob takes no ownership of the horrible products he sells and just ignores phone calls and emails. Out hundreds of dollars and have a pile of trash for patches. Bob, you clearly make horrible products, own up to your mistakes and refund the people you ripped off.

First time ordering from Apparel 2000 and I will never make that mistake again. It took them much longer to send our patches than they said it would and when they did arrive, they looked like they were beat up! When I tried to call to ask why they looked so terrible, they would not answer or return my phone call. I finally was able to get ahold of someone, over a month later, and he was extremely rude. Poor customer service! I cannot even use these patches because they do not pass my company standards. I asked if there was anything they could do for me and he laughed at me. Clearly, Apparel 2000

Contacted Pat at Apparel 2000 to have multiple jackets embroidered with logo as gifts - very satisfied with the product results, design detail, service and communication. After providing a description and picture of the embroidery I wanted, the design image was created and Pat provided the images for approval before starting project. My order was late. Took a few times of calling then I was told. The embroiderer has been hurt. But they were getting to it. I finally got the patches. The colors were wrong. Not just by a shade or so, but totally off. The embroidery on the edge of every patch was horrible. The edge would be thin and then get thick. Most corners had the backing showing. I sent the patches back and asked for a refund. I had paid almost $2000 for the patches. It took over a month to get 1/2 my money back. I asked for the other half. Pat told me that week. That has been over 3 weeks. I have emailed Pat a few days ago

I had lost 2 friends at the Route 91 tragedy in Las Vegas and I have a biker friend that ride motorcycles with me and apparel 2000 sent me two patches one for just Route 91 and one for Route 91 survivor for out vests and I am so grateful that they just sent them to me free of charge and it truly shows that people in the community care. I am truly grateful to them for sending me these.
