Hydraulics Express is a hydraulic repair facility for hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, and hydraulic cylinders. We service and sell hydraulic components that are used in most construction, industrial, waste disposal, and mobile hydraulic applications. We also have a custom machine shop that specializes in fabricating and refurbishing parts and components used in hydraulic systems.
We maintain our own stock of seals and packing kits for when hydraulics repair isn't the right option. Our hydraulic parts sales coordinators can assist with finding specific seal kits for a particular make and model of equipment or in finding the individual parts based on style and size.
We have developed strong relationships with a multitude of vendors and this allows us to provide the best price for the fastest delivery time, whether we are looking for OEM or aftermarket parts and major components.

If hydraulic repair is not a cost-effective option, we can offer a wide variety of remanufactured hydraulic components at competitive prices. We sell these rebuilt components on a core exchange basis. Once we receive the core for a pump, motor, or cylinder, we return it to our vendor at no extra charge to the customer and credit the core charge applied to the sale back to our customer.
We have experience with all brands and equipment models of hydraulic cylinders. Our repair meets and/or exceeds OEM specifications. We only use OEM replacement parts, and also offer advice on modifications to improve cylinder life and performance. All incoming hydraulic cylinders are plugged and washed thoroughly before entering the shop area.
Our hydraulic machinists can perform a wide range of functions including the fabrication of new rods, barrels, pistons, and head glands. We maintain a large inventory of steel and chrome rod stock and we purchase on-spec pieces as needed. We have five lathes with a sixth dedicated to polishing, two vertical mills, one radial drill press, two drill presses, one band saw, Vareses grinders, surface grinders, and welding equipment.
