Our home received extensive damage during a major storm. Everyone in this office has helped me multiple times working through the process of getting my home repaired. Anytime I had a problem I could call them or go into the office and they would help me through every step of the way. I can’t express how much I appreciate the help they have given me.

Our family has been State Farm clients for years. When our prior agent retired, we transferred to Heath’s office. What a great transfer. Heath’s office has always been supportive in our questions, addressing open issues and simply just being helpful. Our house had a major claim due to the Derecho storm. I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years and been with Heath since he started. We recently added a new vehicle to the family, exchanging a leased car. Derek was very helpful in explaining the options we had and got us the best price for what we needed. He took the extra time to explain to both my wife and myself and answered all the questions we had. We also have home owners with Heath and have nothing but positives to say about their dealings with the Derecho last year. I cannot recommend them more highly!

Nothing but great things to say about this office and the people who work there. When we switched to State Farm we saved an unbelievable amount of money on premiums. Though we all hope to not use our insurance, sometimes we have to. In August of 2020 a Derecho struck our area and did so much damage. I had trees on each side of my car (could have been worse). Mostly left-sided damage. The claim process was easy and a check was promptly in my mail box. Very satisfied.
