I was brought to this place by ambulance from the dialysis center after a cardiac arrest during treatment and I can say that I am in awe of the amazing treatment and care I got there! Every one was friendly and compassionate and respectful at all times!! I dnt know why they have such low reviews! They took everything serious and run many tests needed and found some extra issues I was not aware of! What a difference from my last stay at Thomas Hospital in S Baldwin co in Fairhope!!! They need to have this people retrain them if you ask me! Kudos for this medical center and wish them the best and

I actually gave birth to my baby boy here. Everything was fine until after i gave birth to him. Im just giving you a head's up, if you plan on having your baby here, don't! Especially if you're a first time mom. My baby's nurse made me think i was the WORST parent on the planet, & even suggested that i not take him home. And this was all because i didn't know i was supposed to feed him every 2 to 3 hours on the FIRST DAY. Even pulled the "You get to eat, so why cant he?" & Basically called me lazy. And then asked if there was people at my home who could help, to which i replied yes. And she goes

No one ever answers the phone number that was given on a bill that was sent to me. I've called numerous times. They're always closed. The bill also says to go to their website to pay the bill.
Guess what?!
There is no way to make payments on their website. I went to every single link under the headers and also used the search bar. No results.
That option should be front and center.

Unable to retrieve medical records without harrasment after my brothers death. Very ugly and hateful "medical records department", NOT professional at all. So his burial insurance is on hold without this... No respect... They say it might be up to two weeks ? But why its not that hard to print out.

I think this hospital needs a new company and it sucks.. they don’t take care, unprofessional, takes there time while people are actually dying out there and they need to get sued. This hospital will NOT help you and is very dangerous because they are reckless and let you be in pain. I suggest everyone to go to another hospital then this place. Bye bye kisses mwuahhh!!!

My 95 lb mother, who is suffering with dementia, was sent here to be evaluated in their senior care unit. She left the nursing home walking, talking, feeding herself and able to use the restroom on her own. She was sent back 3 weeks later wearing a diaper. It's been over a week now and yesterday she hardly ate any breakfast while being fed and could not wake up to eat her lunch. She is on 4 different meds now, one being an antipsychotic drug which she'll now have to be weaned off of slowly and from what I understand, they was suppose to have gotten consent from her family which they did not. Me and my aunt went to visit my grandpa today or tried to cause he is inpatient, the lady at the ER area denied us when this morning my two aunts and grandma was allowed up there. My aunt was gonna be able to visit, but I couldn't, but I cannot be by myself due to disability I have which is Autism. It is against Covid-19 hospital law to deny a disabled person's caretaker or take them away from caregiver. Hopefully you take this into account. Thanks.

Brought one of our employees to the ER due to work place accident. Only had a pressure bandage on a cut from a grinder that needed stitches, He was bleeding that was 50 minutes ago and still no doctor or nurse. I asked if he were to bleed in the floor would that speed things up . Nope . If you need medical care here good luck!!!
