Flat track was born of the delirious, dangerous board track races of the early 20th century. Organizers would build ovals out of oiled wood planks and put on weekend races. Originally, motorcycles pulled bicycles onto 45° banked wooden tracks to race, but very quickly motorcycles replaced bicycles altogether advancing into fast and powerful machines.
The dream of owning a classic, antique or vintage motorcycle is now a reality with Timeless Motor Company's Vintage Motorcycle Collection. If you are a classic motorcycle enthusiast with a passion for rare antique bikes, a Timeless Motorcycle is the perfect way to fulfill your dream of owning a vintage bike without having the vintage collector's wallet.
Always taking place the second weekend in April, the Bluebonnet Festival draws 30,000 people annually to Burnet, Texas. Come and ride the Hill Country to see some of the most beautiful bluebonnets in all of Texas! See website for more details. The Harvest Classic European and Vintage Motorcycle Rally is held each fall in Luckenbach, Texas.

Fantastic local museum of an extensive personal bike collection. Mix of all brands, types, and vintages of bikes. Everyone is always super friendly, and your ticket is good for 30 days if you'd like to re-visit. It's not massive, taking your time it takes maybe 90 minutes to get through everything, but well worth the modest entry fee. Definitely worth a stop if you're riding in the area.

Waycool little museum with a collection of motorcycles and history placards. Lots of images and pictures to get you into the moto scene. The curators are very friendly and helpful. If you're into motorcycles this place will take down memory lane and warm your hearts. There's a cool man-cave to gather with friends too.
