Lance Stone established On Time Tech in 2004 to provide IT services and support for small to mid-size businesses. Prior to On Time Tech, Lance graduated from LMU in 1994, obtaining a business degree with an emphasis on information systems. He worked as an IT Director for several law firms and accounting firms in Los Angeles during the mid to late 90's.

My company recently switched to On Time Tech. everyone in my office is/was complaining about the email migration from Outlook to Gmail. so they decided to help most of us switch back to Outlook which resulted with lost emails and calendars. this has been an ongoing problem for about a month now. i lost some of my emails due to the disruptive email migration.

*edit: OTT was able to recover my lost emails and fixed my email template situation. but some people in my office are still have Outlook/gmail issues.

Our office recently started working with On Time Tech and i can honestly say they have done more for our staff in this short amount of time than any other tech company we have worked with!
being the receptionist most of our tech problems are left for me to handle (calling the tech hotline with the problem in the past has always left me a flustered mess and felt it was a huge waste of time) On Time Tech is far from that and truly been a pleasure to work with!

The medical office that I work at has been working with On Time Tech for about 4 to 5 years now. We have 3 office locations in San Francisco. They have been a tremendous help to me. I like to say that I'm computer savvy but in reality I'm not. At all! On Time Tech is always there when I am having computer issues, everything from losing all service connections to failed faxing to frozen computers. I'm more of a review reader so I basically don't write reviews. This will be my fourth review I think on Yelp so I want to make this count.

Yesterday I was in a panic because none of my technology was working. It was as if Gremlins had poisoned my desk. Nothing was working. Fortunately Luis our IT guy was on site but involved with network stuff. Stuff he does to keep our company competitive. He understands our office business applications, Revit, AutoCad, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, our old Phone System which he's been begging us to upgrade. He even helps us with non tech stuff
