Internal Exam - This is an evaluation of the retina and optic nerve while your eyes are dilated. Visual Function and Eye Health - This includes testing depth perception, color vision, peripheral vision and response of the pupils to light, as well as an evaluation of eye focusing, eye teaming and eye movement abilities.

I called Reed Optical because I ran out of contact lenses and needed to get an eye exam quickly. They were able to accommodate my schedule, and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I love Reed optical! The doctors are patient, well educated, and dedicated to patient care. They are constantly looking to improve their service to their patients.

My first visit and subsequent visit to pick up my glasses was just recently, am definitely happy with these guys. Extremely friendly, helpful and a nice spot with a therapy pup as a bonus to cuddle with. Happy to refer my hubbie to them as he needs a new eye doc. *this is the Sunapee office location

I’ve never experience such a terrible optical experience in my life. I ordered a pair of basic glasses with a very basic prescription back in September and after getting the prescription wrong the first time I went back to pick them up for a second time and they were still wrong. On both occasions the secretary and optimist tried to say I needed to just wear them for a few days ( when I literally had drunk sight) And most recently they tried to say that they were blurry because I went from square glasses to round. I could tell the women didn’t even believe that when she said it. I have never

I had my first appointment (routine eye exam)at Reed optical as I was looking for an office close to home. I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend them. They were friendly, informative and timely with my appointment which I appreciated as I was headed back to work.

So after 45 years, I finally needed glasses. The staff at Reed was easy to work with in all aspects of the appointment, and incredibly patient as I tried on almost every set of frames in the store. Start to finish, my time there was incredibly relaxed, and comfortable. Walked away looking great, and with a solid understanding of how my vision had been changing over the years. They were able to get me in within 24 hours when I ran out of contacts despite being booked up before the holidays! They really take the time to look into your insurance prior to your appointment to make sure everything goes through, that you use all your benefits, and that you save the most money you can! Plus, they have the cutest therapy dog on site.

They carry the latest fashion, safety, and sport eyeglass frames, and they cannot be beat for their caring and friendly customer service. My experience was so positive right from the get go. The lady at the front desk was helpful determining my insurance coverage and getting all my information. She was super friendly to boot.
Then another friendly lady took me to a room, collected health data and did a short examination of my eye pressure.
From there a eye doctor brought me in and gave me a thorough exam and explained everything in easy to understand language. She was great and she wasn’t trying to sell me any new glasses.
Choosing to get new glasses was easy though.
I wanted to update my prescription and the lady in charge

People are friendly, but terrible service. Do not waste your time. I paid for an eye exam and new lenses for my glasses, and explained I wanted contacts as well. Was told no problem, we'll add this to your exam and we keep contacts in stk. Came back to pick up new lenses and they damaged them during install, and had to wait another 2 weeks for replacements. Then was told I'd have to pay additional fees for contact fitting, and would have to wait for those as well as they had none in stock. Waited another 2 weeks and never heard anything, so I called them and was told the prescription

I will not use these people again. My exam went so quick. I told the doctor it was blurry, but he rushed me out. Glasses came two weeks later. First time with no-line bifocals. Going home I can't read road signs. Get home and cant read the numbers on alarm clock. Call them. The lady tells me I need to get used to them and to wear them for two weeks. I try to tell her that I cannot see clearly at all. Finally get another appointment for a week later. Doctor asks what is the problem. I said I cannot see clearly. He says, " but you can read it, so you can see it." I say, " but
