WindowZ, Inc. installed all new windows throughout our beach house in Holden Beach, NC about 2 years ago. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or higher quality windows.
The company has just finished installing 2 new patio doors and 2 french doors in the house. Once again, they did an outstanding job with doors that are extremely high quality.
While selling the doors and windows, Mark takes great pains to explain the difference in the windows and doors. He will take whatever time you need to make a good decision. If asked, he will give you the recommendation of what product he thinks

I love my new porch windows! I was out of town when the work was done and when I returned everything was cleaned up with no evidence that any work was even done - except for great looking windows! The guys did a great job, and were even nice to my 90 year old neighbor that enjoyed watching them. Thank you, and please pass my appreciation on to the workers!

Initial contact went well, gave 1/2 down on service and parts. After that nothing heard for 6 weeks. I contacted then to get an update. Told my job of $425 was "little" and I would get squeezed into their busy schedule of higher paying customers. Very confrontational discussions. Got my parts and a partial refund on my deposit. We cancelled the installation portion since we are small potatoes, I'll do without their service.
