They told my wife that they had an available property and that if we acted fast we would most likely get it. So we paid the application fee and had the application to them quickly. It wasnt until after we paid the application fees (1 fee for me 1 fee for my wife) that we were notified that 3 other people sent applications before us. They strung us along with no intention of giving us a place. Don’t trust these people.

I've gone here two separate times over the years and both times they have just been terrible. Telling me they don't have anything to rent and refusing to help. Even going as far as telling me and my fiance we don't make enough to rent from them, without even knowing what we make. Do not go here. Rudest people I've ever met

I have contacted this establishment for a place for rent, they have consistently told me that they don't have any available home for rent. Even though they just posted an ad on facebook and also on their website they have a new vacant home that just got added. Check their cite daily before calling and same answer already rented out. Then they would say they already have lots of application on file. Asked if they recommend if I put in the application they said no. Not sure what they want. The deposit they ask for is very high. Please stop putting false expectations out there.

I personally had a great experience with ERA. We rented from them for 3 years. They were professional, responded quickly to any needs and were very respectful to our space. We hired someone to clean our rental (our choice) and clean the carpets and left the rental house in great condition. We have had rough experiences renting with other companies in other states, but ERA sure made this transition very smooth and I’m very thankful for that. I’d recommend them to anyone renting in Cedar!

ERA property management in Cedar is unprofessional and dishonest. Throughout my contract they snuck in charges and were not easy to work with. After I finished my lease I bent over backwards to make sure the place was in mint shape. They snuck in charges, so I did not receive my entire deposit back like I should have. I will never recommend, nor rent through ERA again.

I applied to an apartment at 18 with no rental history and an average credit score. I called many other property management companies in town and was told no before I even applied. I was approved by ERA and lived in their unit for a year. They were the only ones to give me a chance. Looking at the reviews when I first applied, I wasn't expecting to receive any of my deposit back when my lease ended. I received almost all of my deposit back. I was charged for cleaning and a new blind that was damaged and that is it. What they charged me for was completely fair and correct. I would definitely recommend

The rudest people I have ever tried to deal with. I am 57 and have owned several homes, I move to Cedar City so I wanted to rent at first to give me time to look at buying and they treated me like a kid his first day in the real world. I would advice anyone looking to rent to look at a different property management establishment.

I’ve been living in one of the properties for almost 7 months. I was a bit worried about some of the reviews I saw but I absolutely loved the house and my first couple of times at the office made me feel at ease. The staff was all great! We decided to go ahead with the rental and couldn’t be happier. We’ve had a couple of issues so far with normal wear and tear of things, (nothing in anyone’s control) but both times the office handled it quickly and efficiently. Thank you all at ERA!

I have worked with them for five years while living in Cedar and I do not have a single bad thing to say about them. They have always been understanding and very professional when it come to dealing with me and my family. The office staff is always inviting and on top of situations. ERA Property Management has been so great to work with to secure a rental. We had an international guest teacher come and needed housing quickly. They were responsive and understanding of our needs. Worst rental company in Cedar City. WILL steal your deposit. BEWARE! Never take care of service requests. And just all around horrible people to deal with. However, it's worth a visit to their office if you are a Star Wars fan as Jabba the Hutt actually works here. Just don't get to close to her. She might try to eat you whole.

I would have rated this place negative if it were possible. Not only is the staff incredibly rude and misleading, but they are borderline hostel. They made any issue I had seem like it was somehow my fault. They accused me multiple times of purposefully damaging things so they would have to fix them, and literally called me a lier at one point. I had an electrical issue in my laundry room where I was getting SHOCKED BY TOUCHING MY LIGHT SWITCH. I HAVE A TWO YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!! To me that seems a little important, And they wouldn't even send out the maintenance worker until the next monday

ERA Property Management has been by far the worse rental company I have ever used. Do not plan on getting your security deposit back. They constantly try to get more and more money out of their customers for no reason. First lets start when I moved in, they had left the back door unlocked and stray cat got into the house. The day I opened the door their was cat feces through out the house. When I moved out of my house, They charged me $45 for hard water stains in the toilet.
