I took my 2019 Rubicon in to have windshield replaced. Young lady at front counter was very professional and got me in right away and worked with my situation. I brought Jeep in on appt date and it was completed within timeframe given. When I picked it up there was adhesive urethane on my control panel. I quickly went back inside and told the girl at the desk and she had Wesley take the Jeep to the back and clean it up. When Wesley brought the Jeep back to me he got out and there was now white sticky substance all over my seat! When I quickly questioned him about it he said it didn't come

I picked up a nasty rock chip in my windshield about an hour away from Colville. I got there pretty close to their closing time, but they met me outside, assessed the damage, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Excellent experience all around, highly recommended.
