Within one day after Scot Pannepacker was referred to me, he contacted me, got basic information on my needs and gave me the name of the tax accountant he was assigning to me. Within another day, that tax professional contacted me to set up a mutually acceptable time to meet at my residence. We met, and I provided information about my financial and tax situation. Of course, we have not gone through a tax cycle for me to comment on, but I was very impressed with the immediate responsiveness of the firm in contacting me and in getting the ball rolling. I look forward to working with this firm on

I used L&P for a number of years and always found them to be very competent, professional and patient even with some of my mistakes. They were very careful and patient with me while I was facing a large charge from the IRS due to my failure to send L&P a 1099 from 2 years prior. They investigated the situation, challenged the IRS computation which resulted in a very reasonable payment due the IRS. Their fee for that was also reasonable.

I was in a total panic when I received a notice from the IRS. I was referred to them by my stock broker. Dennis Kilfeather and his staff were very responsive and have resolved my issue. They were all helpful, reassuring and calming too. I live across the country and they are licensed in my state as well. I hope I never have a need for their services again, but if I do I will call them immediately. Thank you very much.

After receiving bad information and a1099 not listed as income that cost us $10,000.00 from our previous CPA that we had been with for many years I contacted Dennis at Lear & Pannepacker. Scheduled an appointment. I sent him our information and was reviewed prior to our appointment. during our meeting Dennis pointed out several items that could have saved us money. We now have a CPA that is working for us.

As with many others, filing taxes can be a daunting task. I am very happy with the service and ease of mind they provided for me during such hectic time. After doing my taxes through Lear & Pannepacker, I can't imagine ever going back to using a free online service. Their level of knowledge and customer service first mentality shined with the exemplary level of service they provided. They were extremely helpful/quick to respond throughout the entire process and made me feel at ease from my first call to the day they filed my returns. I'm a bit younger and newer to the work force, so I wasn't really sure with how to go about doing my taxes etc... I knew I needed some help and didn't feel like doing the online websites. One of my friends parent's recommended giving them a call here to help out.
When I called and got in touch with somebody, they were extremelyyyyy helpful! So patient and explained everything I needed to know to feel comfortable. Not sure why you would go to anybody else.
At least now I know who to go to each year, thanks guys!
