We really like this area and River Vista is a nice place to stay. Sites are not very big but they are well maintained and the whole park is very nice and clean. The best part is that you can step out of your RV and you are surrounded by mountains. Nice pools, indoor and out. Friendly staff as well. If you like rustic this may not be for you but if you like clean and friendly this park works.

River Vista is our “go to” place in the mountains. The many sites are spacious and well maintained as are the bath houses. I will say that many of the sites are gravel back-in sites that are very easy to maneuver into and there are also large paved pull-through sites as well. I reccomend River Vista.

We stayed at River Vista Labor Day weekend and had a blast. The staff was super friendly, from arrival until we departed. Our site was clean and had a great view of the mountains. The campground held several group activities and really got involved with the guests. Very clean store, clubhouse, pool and restrooms. We absolutely loved it there and can't wait to go back. Thanks for your hospitality!

This park is in a beautiful setting. We have enjoyed staying there in the past. We just returned after not being there for several years. We were very disappointed in our ‘premier’ site. It seems the campground has added as many sites as they could squeeze in. The site we were originally assigned was very narrow and short. We could not park our jeep on the pad with our 36’ coach. And the picnic table was right next to our neighbors sewer. Fortunately they were able to move us to another site. Our warning is to be very careful of the ‘premiere’ site you pay for. There are a few nice sites

Very nice clean RV park with an awesome staff ready to help you at a moments notice. The location is excellent and the sites are big. I loved it so much that I booked my next stay while I was still there, even booked an extra two nights on the trip I was on.
I did have to buy the upgraded internet booster connection, extra $34/week, but still very worth it. Great place and am excited to go back.

Had a great time!! Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. We found the staff to be very accommodating and friendly.. My husband especially loved the Spa and Pool. Fellow cabin/Campers friendly also which says a lot,I think. We even spent an extra night! Very close to Franklin, Sky Valley, and Highlands… Hope to be back next year🤗
