Accountable Custodial & Maintenance, Inc. (ACM) works construction final cleaning contracts with government and non-government entities alike.
Our Labor Union approved services include general post construction cleaning, dusting, disinfecting of surfaces, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, interior and exterior window washing (up to 5 stories from ground & 15 stories from bosun's chair on exterior windows), industrial cleaning services, garbage removal, floor services, and other actions to fulfill our contract.

Truck-mounted carpet cleaning is a service available for homes, apartments, and other buildings. It is serviced by commission, though it is included as an element of our janitorial and residential move-out cleaning services. The chemicals we use are non-toxic, low VOC, pet-friendly, and (like all chemicals used in our other services) environmentally friendly.
We measure, sell, and install custom quality window coverings Made In The USA that come in all types and sizes. Window coverings can improve aesthetic appeal of your facility, creating a clean and uniform look. But more importantly, our window coverings deflect the harmful UV rays that increase interior heat and send energy costs soaring.

I work part time at Accountable Custodial and Maintenance. They accepted me with open arms, gave me weekly cleaning jobs and my boss communicated with me about my tasks clearly.
