Very easy to do business with. I just emailed them the declaration page from my current (former) insurance company and Ella provided me an apple's to apples comparison. I received a quote with no pressure to switch. The quote was the same coverage for less money. But the ultimate determination came down to the personal relationship. They respected my schedule and allowed me to work with them almost virtually. I'm very pleased with the coverage, rates and personal interactions. Definitely a 5 star experience.

State Farm Insurance was contacted when I became interested in trying to find a reputable insurance company that was less expensive than what we currently had. The State Farm representative, Dustin contacted me by phone and was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the insurance products available. He took the time to go over our needs for our vehicles and home and made sure that every area was covered adequately. When everything had been discussed, questions answered, the quote I was given resulted in a savings of $440 annually over our previous insurance carrier. I will recommend State

My auto insurance was coming due so I called seven companies to get quotes. I printed out the quotes so I could compare them. I was able to get a better deal with State Farm They were half the price in some cases than the other companies. The people were professional and they returned my calls in a reasonable amount of time.

I recently upgraded one of my vehicles; same make, year and model but a hard top convertible with a larger engine which raised my premiums nearly 40%. As a retiree with a clean driving record I found this unacceptable. Receiving quotes from several companies, the best was from Ella. My coverage increased while my premiums went down. Could not ask for more.
