Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there.
At West Main Complete Dentistry, technology isn't just about fancy equipment - it's about finding approaches that make your treatment more efficient and effective. Before we consider purchasing any new technology we ask ourselves how it will benefit your well-being. Digital x-rays are a 2-D type of dental imaging that allows us to send images directly to a computer for storage.

Sorry to say I have little good to say about Dr. Kao. All the work he did on me failed in short order and in my last visit with him he practically ushered me out the door.
I found him to be a phony who overpromised on the quality of his work and did not seem to give a rat's patoot about this paying customer.
My recommendation is to look elsewhere for your dental needs.

I had to write this review because I saw a one star review from someone who seems to be giving businesses a 1 star reviews. My family and I have been going to Dr.Kao for over 15 years. We followed him from the shore office to his Rockaway office. He’s professional, caring and I always leave with my questions answered. I recommend him to everyone especially if you don’t like pain. He’s my gentle dentist!

Dr. Kao and his team are so helpful and kind whenever I come in for a cleaning or to get a cavity filled. Dr. Kao and his team are reasonable and are always checking in to see if I am doing okay in the chair or if anything hurts. From having a hard time understanding the payments to trying to find an appointment, they are super understanding and so helpful with every situation. I am grateful to have them as my dentists, I highly recommend Dr. Kao to everyone!

I’m not one to write reviews but I had a great experience with the staff. From the receptionist to the dentist, they were all incredibly welcoming. I am particularly appreciative of the reception desk- they thoughtfully fit me into their schedule in order to accommodate to my school schedule and before the expiration of my insurance. I’m actually looking forward to the next time I go to the dentist :)
