Most of our brides arrive Thursday and depart Sunday but we only offer one wedding per week. In addition to our Barn that can handle a 250 guest wedding, our brides also enjoy on-site cabins designed to allow the Bride and her party, the Groom and his party, and both sets of parents to stay the weekend without leaving the property.

Our property is organized to provide an ideal experience for the bride and groom and their loved ones.

We only do one wedding per week so guests are welcome as early as Thursday and may leave as late as Sunday. We provide accommodations and options that you won't find at your average wedding location.

We had our wedding there this past weekend and we so loved it! We were able to get there early to get some major decorating complete which was a relief. We were there to enjoy our family and close friends and have a nice engagement dinner at the venue also after rehearsal. Molly & Jason are such good people, they were helpful and responsive to any and all questions. Molly was so helpful & did great the day of coordinating for us, that was such a good choice as so worth it! Our friends & family got to stay with us & they were all comfortable & loved it. Our daughter and new son were married at Leatherberry Oaks this past weekend and it was everything they dreamed it would be! Molly and Jason are awesome! Very helpful! My daughter and her bride squad were able to spend a couple of days out at the venue in the bridal cottage, which was very nice for them to get things decorated and going.
Molly was an awesome Wedding coordinator and their photo booth was a huge hit! Be sure to check with them for these things before you shop around! We also solicited them to make charcuterie boards for the day of, for both the bridal cottage and grooms cabin. They

I’m a bride and this place is absolutely beautiful!! Plenty of space for accommodations, you have the place for the weekend giving you plenty of time to get things set up before the big day! This was major to me because it takes away some of the big day stresses. Full kitchen in bride house to feed your crew and hang out. The owners are extremely awesome and super helpful. They have made this process extremely easy and flexible especially considering the pandemic. This place is 100/10! Brides to be this is the place to be!!!

We would highly recommend Leatherberry Oaks for your wedding venue!! Our son and his new bride were married there last month and everything went exactly as expected. Molly and Jason were very open and communicative with the Bride and Groom from the first day throughout the planning process and did everything they said they would do. Molly and Jason were always readily available and able to provide information and guidance along the way. Accommodations were nice and clean and the Bridal suite was an awesome place to gather for a few days before the big event to celebrate and share time with family

The owners of this venue provided the best service that could have ever been asked for. They genuinely care about their clients and guests, and you can easily see it based on how much they wanted our event to be a success. We had our daughters wedding at Leatherberry Oaks in Aquilla! It was the sweetest and most perfect setting for their wedding! It was rustic and so very charming. Every time this Mother of the Bride would get nervous or anxious about any detail - all I would have to do is talk to Molly and she had a way of calming me down and ensuring me that the wedding would be perfect! Which it was! We also decided to use Molly as our 'day of' coordinator and we are glad that we did! She took care of the details while we were able to enjoy the moments! My wife and I had our wedding at Leatherberry Oaks April 17, 2021. We were one of the first ten people to book a wedding here back in May 2020. When we first visited the venue there were two things that stood out to us when comparing to other venues. The first being that there is a place for the entire bridal party and our parents to stay on property. Second, they do not offer a 12 hour wedding experience. Molly and Jason, the owners, encouraged us to to stay from Thursday to Sunday and take as much time as we needed to set up and relax with our family and friends. We also hired Molly and Jason

Had our son’s wedding at this venue, we loved it! Beautiful place for a wedding, a place for every bride to be to see! Parents of bride and groom have a place to stay, bride and bridesmaids have a place and of course the groom and his groomsmen have a place to stay on the same property. Breath taking views and I loved the newlyweds hideaway from the rest of the bridal party! The couple that run it are very nice people to work with and great cooks. On the day of wedding they cooked for the whole party and was delicious and presentation was beautiful.

Beautiful location and great accommodations for guests! As a guest, this venue is fantastic. The property is beautiful and very clean. Inside the barn, 4 bathrooms for wedding guests made for no lines. Molly and Jason are on-site to help with all needs. Everything is well maintained and the attention to detail makes this venue memorable for all wedding guests. A wedding at Leatherberry Oaks is one that is classic and unique for every bride!
