I recently had my '03 Mustang fixed here. Let me just say that Brandon, in Parts & Service, is amazing! Not only does he have great customer service skills, but he also very attentive to his customers. He is great all around! Nick, the technician who worked on my car, also did an amazing job. He interacted with me and showed his concern for my vehicle and gave me honest pointers on what needed to be done. Because of people like them and those in Quick Lane, I am loyal to Matthews Ford. Worked with me on scheduling as I had to drop off my vehicle one day early. Took care of all of the issues on my vehicle. I even had to pick up a day late but it did not seem to be a problem. Kevin in the Service Department was very laid back and made the whole experience a pleasant one. Thank you Matthew's Ford, I'll be back.

About a month ago I took my 2006 mustang in to have $800+ of work done. One of the things we had done was a brake service on it where they changed the brake fluid. My 16 year old daughter drives this car and when she was driving she was having an extremely hard time stopping the vehicle, she even had to pump the brake just to get it to stop. Her brother looked at it and noticed there was no brake fluid at all in the reservoir, so her dad added a whole container of brake fluid and it's perfect now. A couple of weeks after that I took my 2018 Mustang GT in to get the oil changed and the Transmission

What a great experience. They worked with me to find exactly the truck I wanted. No pressure sales, no 10,000,000 phone calls (as I was shopping over the holidays). They took thier time with me and let me ask every dumb question I had. They also really went the extra mile when I informed them that I had dinner plans and had to be gone by a certain time. Excellent service, excellent inventory, expert knowledge, I highly recommend them and will use them for my next vehicle.

The walk in experience at this Ford dealership was fantastic. I was greeted promptly and the person that I had been speaking with over the phone had been immediately notified and come outside to greet me. The truck I had been looking for was right by the doors cleaned and ready for me to see. It was more than I had asked for and perfect. The process was quick and easy. They really do care about the customer here. I'd send all my friends in the area to Matthews Ford.

Let me start by saying that my family has been buying vehicles from Mathews Ford (Ford of Tulsa, United Ford, Jim Norton Ford & a couple other names that It has been) for over 20 years. Buy your car here- they will take good care of you but for the love of all that is good and holy, take your car elsewhere to be serviced.
I began having this dealership service my vehicles over 15 years ago.
The service Dept has progressively gotten worse over the years but they lost their only redeeming quality when Scott Monroe (service writer) left the dealership

Just want to say that Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow has the rudest service adviser I've ever met. Apparently I'm invisible as I stood at her desk as she made phone calls. Finally after she acknowledged that I was standing there I was able to tell her my problem. My new vehicle had a minor cosmetic problem that needed fixed. She gave the long song and dance about how busy they were, they'd have to take pictures and I'd have to leave the vehicle blah... blah... blah.

I can't say enough nice things about how wonderful of an experience my husband and I had at Matthews Ford. We worked with Brady - a very honest, trustworthy, and hardworking young man who found us exactly what we want at the price we needed.
