My family and I were stranded in Marion, Illinois at the RV park because my silly self thought I could change my own fuel filters. I screwed up a little and PMR came highly recommended. I have a 2020 Dodge 5500 Dump truck I use to pull our trailer home. They picked up my truck and had it all fixed and running great again.y family and I are very grateful! Now we continue our amazing journey! Very detailed inspection list and step by step repair notes. You can trust your best equipment with these guys!

Oil change price is great but as far as being informed about the extent of things like detail it's like pulling teeth if u ask them a question about something they only tell u hard nothing about it there customer service really has alot of being desired for I paid almost 70 bucks for well the lake of better terms NOTHING

We own a company where we are constantly towing and are on the road locally ALOT! I had gotten a flat and called PMR. They were there within 20 minutes or so, changed the tire on the truck and I didn't even have to unhook from our trailer. Very affordable, friendly, knowledgable, and I didn't have to wait for long. The tow truck driver was Jeff and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service!

I've been using PMR for years. They always maintain my vehicles and are very fair. They never try to make me fix anything that isn't needed. Any time I have questions, they are more than happy to explain what's going on with my vehicle, and if possible will even show me what's wrong, so I know I'm not being sold parts I don't need. If I ever have a question about services, they are happy to let me know if I actually need it or not, and are willing to check things for me.

Wonderful place! Always friendly and super kind! No matter how busy, they do their best to make sure the customer is well taken care of!!! Excellent prices as well!!!! I drive over an hour JUST to have my vehicle taken care of by them. I do not trust anyone else but them due to their high knowledge of cars and extreme kindness!!
