Our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program provides clients with the opportunity to engage in group activities designed to develop social skills, while engaging in psycho-education groups and recreational activities. Provides early intervention support and service to children from birth to age two who are not developing as expected or who have a medical condition that can delay normal development.

Services
Trinity Support Services provides Psychosocial Rehabilitation at our Martinsville location. This program provides clients with the opportunity to engage in group activities, led by qualified staff, designed to develop positive social skills, build relationships and engage in psycho-education groups aimed at decreasing mental health symptoms and improving engagement in meaningful daily activities.
Trinity Support Services Crisis Stabilization involve direct interventions that provide temporary, intensive services and supports that avert emergency, psychiatric hospitalization or institutional placement of individuals who are experiencing serious psychiatric or behavioral problems that jeopardize their current community living situation.

We prefer to hire QMHP's, but we do not turn down applications for those who are QPP-certified; QPP's are evaluated and sometimes hired on a case-by-case basis.
