After weeks of waiting to get a new thermostat for my brand new syatem, things seemed fine. Then came time to turn on the heat. It did not work. So I scheduled an appointment and waited 6 hours...no one came. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I rescheduled the appointment for another day. Only waited 5 hours this time. It is annoying that I have to call and call and call for an update. And it's more annoying when I hear "I was just about to call you".

Had been rescheduled by them 3 times, but only after that I would blast them with several phone calls. I today gave up on them after the last time of not showing up. I know they will not be calling me either, because they already know I would be looking for another company if they were not showing up today.

The best thing I can say about this business is that I got them to come out on a Saturday. Our AC wasn't working so I called them. Just used Google, hadn't heard anything good or bad. Technician came out, looked at the outside unit and said I was down about 2 pounds of Freon. He said he'd bet there was a leak. He then looked in the attic at the blower and said the coil was rusted and I'd need a new unit. Was really pressuring me to sign up for a new unit on the spot (he was not rude or anything, just kept trying to get me to commit). First he told me about how the AC companies
