In an initial meeting, we will listen carefully to all of your wants and needs to gain a clear understanding of what you wish to accomplish with the project. We will take what we learned from our initial meeting to create a detailed scope of work, determine a schedule, outline a preliminary overall budget of our time, and draft a letter of agreement to present to you.
From concept to completion our involvement in your project is comprehensive, sparing no detail. Enlarged plans, elevations and details of all key areas including kitchen, baths, wet bars, wine room, library feature walls, etc. As well as any wall built-ins, tile, stone or other key elements. Architectural details, door trim and hardware selections and specifications in collaboration with the Architect.
