Element is a very good lawn business. The young man who normally treats my yard is very nice and thoughtful. He applies the fertilizer and blows off driveway and walks Every year my yard has improved.

They were dependable but no pride in work ... uneven grass ... awful finesse skills. Won’t move a lawn chair to mow underneath. They have cut the lawn since April I believe. Thought it would get better ... nah.
They tried but I need professionals who care. They did apologize and offered me leads to other mowing services, which is appreciated.
They said they are training new people so maybe they will be better in a month’s time.

We are new to Edwarsville and noticed our neighbors green lawn. We asked them who they used and we were referred to Element. They came out to give me an estimate and they told me what we needed to do to get our yard looking as great as our neighbors yard. They're efficient and reliable. I also like the emails they send us to give us cutting advice and other hints to a better yard.

I'm only giving them 1 star because 0 isn't a option. 1st off they made an accounting error and sent us a ridiculous bill and even after my husband showed them proof of sed error nothing was done about our lawn that has grown ridiculouly out of hand. We were told we would have the lawn taken care that Friday or "if they didnt have time" on Monday. Friday came and went and the manager was unapologetic and said that we were scheduled for Friday's (so why didn't they come that past Friday?? Still no clue!) But we were still going have to wait another week!! Now they offered
