Very simply to lose weight, fewer calories must be consumed than are burned off with daily living activities. This does not mean you eat only salads and cottage cheese. Services
Lab work when required is $95 if you do not have insurance. If you have insurance, we will provide a lab slip for you to get lab done-but-copays and deductibles may apply. Expected weight loss can be 8-12 pounds for that two week plan, depending on your start weight. Includes medications for 2 weeks and 31 Meal Replacement Shakes (3 daily for 3 days then 2 daily with one sensible meal for 11 days).
