Personal trainers are formally educated in exercise science, professionally trained and certified to teach you how to safely exercise, within your physical limitations, to meet your fitness goals. If you are a certified personal trainer, registered yoga teacher, group exercise instructor, or otherwise qualified exercise professional - we want to support you!

I cannot give Derek enough credit. Not wanting to sound too dramatic, I would likely be dead by now if I had not found him. Derek trains your body and incorporates the very important (and overlooked) mental side of health and wellness. He pushes you to your limit BUT knows and respects your limit. He has become a close friend, even when I am sweating, aching and want to kill him!! I cannot recommend anyone more highly.

Derek is an awesome trainer! I’ve known him and worked on and off with him since I was 18. I used to be 330 pounds when I first met him. It was also my first time ever in a gym. Ended up losing over 100 pounds and gaining tons of self confidence. The most recent time I’ve hired him was a few months after a car accident. Derek isn’t one of those crazy trainers who’ll kill you to get results but he can push you past your plateaus. Super friendly, a great listener and knowledgeable about everything it seems! Haha

I've been training with Derek off and on for over 12 years. My first accomplishment while working with him was to lose almost 100 pounds. Derek is not a typical trainer. He cares about you and your success. He works with you to create a healthy fit lifestyle. He can also work around any issues that you may have with your back, knees, etc. No matter what is going on with you, he can create a workout that will progress your health and fitness and make you successful (if you listen and do what he says).
