If you are looking for a limousine service in the Poughkeepsie area, I cannot recommend Mahogany Ridge Services enough. Back in February, I originally scheduled two trips with them for my sister's bachelorette party: one to take us from Poughkeepsie to the Emerson Resort on April 3rd, and one to take us back to Poughkeepsie on April 5th. Needless to say, the original trip was cancelled. Due to the current unforeseen circumstances we are living in, I had to reschedule two separate trips before we finally came to a date that would allow us to go to the resort, which was this past weekend. 2/8/2020 Very professional, competent, and friendly is how I'll start this review. The owner I spoke with directly and is very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease with a last minute trip. His driver, Fred, is one of the nicest, friendliest guy. And if you're concerned with clean vehicle (like my OCD), no worries- a clean car both in smell and physically. Fred was a great driver who I felt comfortable with, not like some aggressive drivers one may come across. What I truly found comfortable with is they're always early and know if your flight is coming in on time, early, late, etc. A huge bonus

I'm amazed at the positive reviews I've read about Mahogany Ridge: unfortunately, my husband and I had a different experience. Our pickup at JFK was in an old Ford Taurus, which was in poor shape, and smelled like smoke. My 5'11" husband had the misfortune of having to sit behind the driver, who had his seat pushed back, causing a very cramped ride home for my husband. Our driver was pleasant, but insisted on taking side roads to beat traffic out of the city, and which led us to hit slower traffic and numerous red lights, thus slowing our exit out of the city. My experience with Mahogany Ridge Global was as perfect as it gets. They are very professional, punctual, and flexible. The fact that there was coordination available for weddings and events made it even better. It was very easy for myself to get in touch with Tina on the wedding day and also before when planning. The transportation from hotel to venue was ran very smoothly. My wife and I have nothing but praise for the services of this company! Highly recommend for weddings and other events.
