The only reason we left is because we moved out of state. My daughter learned so much and go so strong she is shocking her new gym by what she can do at her age (5 years old). Services
Our coaches at Chameleon Gymnastics have developed a lot of champions. Some are champions of national gymnastics competitions, some are champions in their parents' eyes, and others are champions for overcoming personal challenges like chronic shyness, low self-confidence, or even ADD/HD. As a family-run business, we attribute the success of our program and safety record to our over 100 combined years of gymnastics coaching experience.
This combined parent-child class is a wonderful, powerful bonding experience for both parent and child; focused on basic motor skills, perceptual development and cognitive skills. Meeting just one time per week, participants will jointly practice basic gymnastic fundamentals such as rolling, stretching, coordination games, parent-assisted handstands, walking the balance beam, and hanging from the uneven parallel bars.
Our team programs include competitive groups for both boys and girls. We are a USAG member club and compete in USAG J.O. and USAG Xcel sanctioned local and national competitions. This program serves as a stepping stone from our recreational program to our competitive team program. It is designed for the serious gymnast, one who not only has the talent but more importantly the desire to be a competitive gymnast some day.
Tumbling is a great way for your child to prepare for future sports; including cheerleading, dance and Parkour. This class focuses on strength, body awareness and the fundamentals of tumbling. Students will be coached progressionally through both forward and backward tumbling skills. This class also includes beginner trampoline basics and higher level tumbling on the tumble trak.

This place is now apparently called chameleon castle gymnastics, the owners consolidated two gymnastics businesses into one gym, which makes it super crowded and the coach to gymnastic ratio is way to high to be safe, The gym pre/covid had a good reputation, when the had two very established Ukranian coaches, who the owner fired about a year and a half ago. and since then they have been struggling to hire coaches that are qualified and stick around, So beware that any past reviews are based on having two gym buildings and the old coaches. We went in there when we recently moved here from Nevada

Most unfriendly place ever. I stopped by the shop to see if they have anything gym clothes for my 2 year old and the women picked up the phone has a poor manner and should not be in customer service, after she confined that they do sell size 2T I drove out of my way to their store, and discovered the smaller size is 3-4. When I walked in the store no one talked to me, everyone is just chatting with their friends, and greeting once so ever. When I asked about sizing she said “just have your daughter try it on is she here?” I answered no and she just looked at me. No No No! My daughter is going

With all the uncertainty caused by the pandemic and the new restrictions imposed by the state, I am forever grateful to Chameleon. They are making it work by staying open and also strictly enforcing health and safety protocols. It is great that my daughter has something to look forward to on Mondays!!

My Daughter has been at this gym for four years and has been on a competitive team for two years. The owners and coaches are top notch! They are so supportive of my daughter and help her reach her goals in a positive and challenging way without risking her safety or her love of the sport. I would highly recommend this gym to my friends and family!

Very unorganized and unprofessional manager. We missed an entire competition season because of this! As a parent I felt like I never knew what was happening. Twice we showed for our normal practice time and they had forgot to tell us it was canceled…There was zero communication to the parents. The gym entrance and bathroom was filthy dirty. I… never saw it cleaned and dirt and food wrappers were everywhere. I avoided using the bathroom at all costs!! We stuck it out for a year and moved on to Incline gymnastics...so much better!

I've had my kids at Castle Rock School of Gymnastics for nearly two years. (There was a change of ownership at some point, but we've never had any trouble.) We are very happy with the coaches and the classes. I have seen significant growth in each of my kids and they look forward to attending class each week. The parking lot and waiting areas get very busy, especially during drop off and pick up times. I also hosted a birthday party here earlier this year and it was a big success. Recommend!

My 7 year old son has been going to Chameleon for only a few months. The improvement he has demonstrated in gymnastics, in school, and in his other activites has been remarkable. After frustrating experiences with self defense, soccer, and skiing, we had never considered gymnastics. If he couldn't focus or follow directions in the sports we grew up loving, how on earth would he do so in gymnastics? I can't say enough awesome things about Chameleon! Such a wonderful group of people who really care about your kiddos. We had the good fortune of being a part of the competitive gymnastic team for 5 years. My daughter not only advanced tremendously with the fantastic coaches but she felt (we all felt) like we were part of a family. What a great experience!

My family loves Chameleon Gymnastics. The coaches are always super professional, and I've never really been to a better gym. Other gyms put kids in too high of a level and the kids don't thrive and burnout. Here they make sure they have all of the skills perfectly in each level before they can move up. To me this is the best method and it's also the safest. This way I know my kids are being taken care of and they are also being real with my kids. I won't ever go anywhere else after finding Chameleon.

My family has been a part of Chameleon since they opened their doors, several years ago (has it really been over 6 years already?). My kids started in the tots tumbling class and over the years have been a part of their recreational gymnastics, parkour and competitive gymnastics programs. We love it here, the coaches are amazing and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Sharon for providing such a great place!
