I’m having solar panel installed on my roof and they wanted me to have my roof cleaned. After getting some quotes on roof cleaning services I decided on KC Power Clean based on their reviews, pricing, and their responsiveness to my need. The next week Clyde showed up on time and worked several hours straight until the job was done. He was professional, thorough, and his work quality was excellent. Called them up to get some help on some major hard water deposits covering my pavers. Kris was great and got back to me immediately. The quote worked in my budget and once scheduled, the work was excellent. Steven was at the house first thing, inspected the area, took photos - the whole thing. All my pavers got sparkly clean and were resealed. Best of all, all of that hard water was gone - my pavers were back. The sealant was thick and makes the pavers look even better than they did. Cannot thank KC Power Clean enough. Will be using them again in the future for some other projects.

KC Power Clean was chosen from among other entities to remove and replace all the stuff in the expansion joints in our backyard concrete pool decking.
They did an excellent job.
Their office personnel were professional and attentive.
Their worker arrived on time, was courteous and thorough, worked straight through the day, finished the job and cleaned the entire work areas before leaving. He gave us pertinent instructions about allowing the new mastic to cure before being stepped on or allowing water to sit on top of it.

We had KC power clean out to grind and seal the concrete slab in our sunroom. We expressed concern with the cleanliness of the process since the room connects to our main living area and we figured it would be dusty. William gave us assurance that for a small fee they would cover and wrap all of the openings to our other living spaces as well as the walls and the ceiling so that the cleanup on our end was minimal. My neighbor has a huge pine tree that covers half my home so the pine needles accumulated on my roof. Decided that I should get it professionally cleaned and power washed as it had a lot of mud and grime under the pine needles. KC power clean was actually one of the more expensive quotes I received but they seemed more professional than the rest so I went with them. They came out and cleaned some grease stains on my driveway came out great. But when it came to my roof eh. Crew rehabbed our paver driveway by grit blasting and sealing. As you can see from the pics it turned out great! Also had the crew seal newly installed pavers all around the front and back yards, total of about 2,000 sq. ft. The crews did a great job of answering any questions throughout the process and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule which was a huge plus. Crews were on time and professional. FANTASTIC JOB! Hired the team to provide sandblasting for a large deck, gutter and roof cleaning, house wash, and outside window washing. Mando, Manny, and Andreas were on site for two days. They were expert, punctual, courteous, professional, sensitive to the needs of our pets, AND did a great job with cleanup (sandblasting is always such a mess). See before and after sandblasting pics. Only wash and clean company you will need. Will hire again soon.
