Only negative is you need to bring your own ice. Otherwise very homey and pleasant place to stay. Great management.

The single most worst experience in my life to reserve and rent a room for a week and then upon arriving we were interagated by KATHY !!! SHE ACTED AS IF WE HADN'T RESERVED THE ROOM AND THEN ALL THE SUDDEN REMEMBERED , AND AFTER OUR FIRST NIGHT SHE ENTERED OUR ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING AND SAID WE NEEDED TO LEAVE DUE TO HER JUST NEEDING THE ROOM FOR UNKNOWN CAUSE AND CHARGED US AN ADDITIONAL$60 DOLLARS BECAUSE SHE WANTED US GONE BY 10 A.M. WHILE CHECKOUT TIME IS NOON !!!
DO NOT TRUST KATHY , SHE NEEDS TO GO GET A MENTAL EVALUATION !!!

My husband and I live in our RV, we was looking forward to getting out of the heat and taking showers for one to two days, we called for two days to make sure they could accommodate us and they said no problem,we took a taxi there paid for our room with no problem until the blond lady that runs the motel saw my husband which is a biker and refused to give us a room because she didn't like his looks. We still haven't been reimbursed for the $75 we paid. This is not the first time we or other people we know have been stereo typed by this woman. It must be nice to be able to refuse rooms because you

We stumbled upon this jewel of a motel. Not only was the room extremely clean, but homey with all your needs. The outside little garden was so nice at the end of the day. Even a grill to cook on, which we did. The owner was super gracious and helpful in the surrounding area. If we come back this way, we for sure hope to stay again!

The owner was super nice and friendly and gave us a very nice price. The rooms aren't huge but they are very clean, nice smelling, and comfortable. There is an absolutely wonderful little garden patio area out back that the owner obviously puts a lot of time and effort into caring for. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Roseberg again.

Friendly service, clean room. Charming quirky little motel. I love it! I can't give a 5 star rating to a little 3 star motel but I would definitely stay here again. Also the room was much bigger than expected. Complete with a bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Feels like home.

It was the WORSE experience I have ever had.
We had carefully reserved this room as 'dog friendly' and so anticipated the comfy looking rooms and the claims of great hospitality. But when we arrived after driving in a dark rainstorm fog of freeway and entering into a city we did not know, looking hopefully fort his place. We were very stressed. My husband was going into the hospital early in the morning. And, ah,we found it, first image was the police entering a room, and then the owner, Kathy finally disengaged herself from the police, to come over and said we did not have a reservation for a
