I rented the tow behind articulating lift it had a max stretch of 42'. I used it to trim some trees and seal up a old barn roof. I thought the lift itself was great for what I was doing and at a fair price. The only issue I had with the lift was a few times when I would ho to disengage the outriggers so I could move it, the contacts kept not PERFECTLY line up. I told the worker at Aide when I returned it.

Called the Chicago Heights location to see if an item was available for rent. The lady on the phone, their customer service rep., talked to me as if I was wasting her time, so I hung up and called the Highland location. Although they were busy at the moment, I received tremendous customer service from them.

I would avoid this place at all costs. Last summer I rented a bobcat to do some landscaping at my own house. I even paid to have it delivered They brought out a machine with bald tires. And I mean no tread whatsoever As soon as it hit the grass it was stuck. I called them and asked if they had a bobcat with any tread on tires they said no that the other one was bald also. And needed to get recapped. Long story short. Had to call out a tow truck to get it back on road they came picked it up and left. Owner calls me and tells me it was my fault. And that I had to pay for tow bill. Ok. No problem

I have rented here a couple of times. One time I rented bobcat in another time I rented a stump grinder. In both occasions I did not have any problems. They work with you and would recommend them over the other Rental companies in NW Indiana. Deposit was returned equipment is well maintained. Thanks.
