My mom likes to tell a story about losing me at the mall when I was 3. Most kids run off to play hide-n-seek in the aisles or find a toy they just had to have, but I went straight to the makeup counter. My whole life I've had a passion for all things beauty, way before I decided to become a licensed professional and make this my career.
It's why I always volunteered to do all my friends' hair and makeup for prom, why I never let anyone else touch my nieces prior to their beauty pageants and why my daughters don't leave the house without styled hair and a matching bow.

Where do we start? We absolutely love them! We love the excitement and anticipation that the day brings for the new bride to be in our seat trusting us on one of, if not the most important day of her life. You can rest assured that we will take care of everything to make sure you look amazing on your big day.
We are based out of two locations currently. We first opened in Avon, Ohio which is just minutes from Downtown Cleveland and we just recently have opened our second base which is located in Holland, Ohio. Primp Beauty & Bridal Stylists also travel on a national and international level. If you have an out of state venue or a destination wedding planned we are happy to travel to your desired location.

I signed up with Chrissy the owner for my wedding make up/ hair and extensions. Was so excited to get them… they were definitely over priced but it was for my wedding so I went forward with it. (First mistake). She did a water fall technique which I did read up on. (With in a week the extension was coming loose.) at my install she did not make me aware she was cutting not only the extensions (to blend) but also my own hair!!! I didn’t find this out until removal of these extensions where now my hair is uneven as H***. My next huge issue was during my trail she didn’t even listen to what I

#1 Bridal Glam Squad in Metro Detroit! There’s no one else I would’ve trusted my big day with other than Chrissy and the Primp Beauty team! From start to finish, they took AMAZING care of me and my 5 ladies! Professional, accommodating, and hands down, top quality styling! Our makeup was incredible and our hair held up against the elements the entire day. We felt and looked like absolute queens, all thanks to you! Cannot thank you enough! My experience with Primp was unfortunately horrible. Poor communication, unprofessional, different artist performing makeup trial vs. artist being sent for my wedding (this is in contract so beware it is very likely this will happen), wedding timeline not sent until 5 days before my wedding after multiple emails asking for timeline. I was given a new employee for my wedding...had to reach out twice for a portfolio to have some type of idea of what my bridal makeup may come out to be. I used Primp for my wedding beauty. While we all looked beautiful, I was SO disappointed in their client service.
One week before my wedding I was assigned different stylists from who did my hair and makeup trial. The owner did not acknowledge this when she sent me our schedule. I know COVID has been tough on businesses, so fine, I can live with that (though what is the point of paying extra for a trial if it is not the same people). When I questioned this she did offer to have our hair stylist be the same, but we would have had to move up our timeline an hour which is not an option 6 days out

I went here on a recommendation from a friend and let me tell you…I wish I had tried this place a long time ago! Chrissy works wonders!!! I have never received so many compliments on my hair…ever. I was a little nervous about getting highlights because back in the day I got too brassy. I told Chrissy this and she put some “baby highlights” in. I LOVE them. She also gave me a great cut.

Nicole and Ana made my bridesmaids, my mom, my mother-in-law, and me feel AMAZING on my wedding day! Specifically Ana went above and beyond to reassure me and advocate for me, and she truly made me feel the prettiest I have ever felt, which gave me confidence for the rest of the day. They arrived early on site to our hotel and made the whole "getting ready" experience on my wedding day a lot of fun.

I was gifted a blow out at Primp and honestly, it was one of the best gifts I've ever received! I left feeling like a million bucks and looking like a total babe! I know that the next time I want to treat myself or have an event to attend, I'm stopping at Primp first!
I'm also a wedding/boudoir photographer and I've witness the magic Primp can do first hand. In fact, I exclusively use Primp to get my boudoir clients look like absolute goddesses for their pictures.

Chrissy the owner of Primp is AMAZING! I booked Primp for my wedding coming up this July last year and she has been nothing shy of the best throughout the journey so far! Very responsive to emails, helping me achieve my goal look for the wedding! She did a full set of extensions and nailed my hair and makeup trial. Every time I come in she is always incredible! 10/10 recommend for all beauty and wedding needs!

Love, love, love my new hair cut from Anna. Seriously, I don't think I've ever loved a hair cut this much. I spent a ton of time looking for a reasonably priced salon on the west side that did hair donations and was so glad I found Primp. She took off about ten inches of hair to give to Wigs for Kids, and I've had it now for two weeks and can't believe I waited so long to go in!

I've only gone to see Anna twice, but she got me and my hair right away. I was apprehensive looking for a new salon in Cleveland after seeing the same person in Akron for 5 years. Anna was able to cut and color my hair the way I had been hoping for some time. She is very open to trying different styles out if you're looking for sometime more unusual, but she does a bang-up job at classic cuts and colors too - I've been processing while other clients are getting done. I am RArely satisfied with a stylist, but Anna is a keeper!
The salon is very comfortable and Anna knows her way with those scissors! Add her passion for perfection, and I walk out with a great haircut that looks super cute for me and lasts.

Finally, after years of being in Cleveland - I think I've found the salon for me!
The location reminds me of the book, "The Little House" because it's a house smack in the middle of the strip buildings that line Detroit Avenue in Lakewood. Very cute! It is the home of 2 stylists, with a long list of services that they provide ranging from haircuts & color to makeup, waxing and more!
I had a wonderful experience enjoying a day of beauty at this salon. Anna, being the great stylist that she is, helped make me look my best for JumpBack Ball 2012. The eyebrow waxing
