About 5 yrs ago A&s put in a new pump. Fine work. Good quality throughout. Yesterday woke up to no water. Called them and in abt 30 minutes their tech arrived. 1 1/2 hours later he left. FIXED ANE THE WATER Flowed!! Zak explained what he was doing a then provided a clear invoice. Had the needed parts in his truck and was friendly and an excellent comunicator. The. woman that answered the phone was pleasant as well as the gentleman she transferred me to.
I recommend A& S for your well service. 199 percent satisfaction!!

Worst customer service I have been provided with in years. Seems it is a privilege to be one of there customers. If I could give them negative stars it would be -10. Twila has the most horrible attitude and in grave need of some customer service lessons for sure. Watch out for there pricing, they will screw you especially on time and travel.

A&S Pump Service installed critical equipment for a water distribution system for a large RV park that we own in Sanger. These critical components subsequently failed and despite repeated contact, A&S has placed little importance on visiting the site to assess and/or address the failure with components they've installed.
Twila, who proudly refers to herself as the "owner" of A&S, advised that A&S technicians were very busy and hard to schedule, even for such a critical issue that faced by a business depending on the water distribution system. She acted as if it were a privilege to do business

Woke up to no water. Called them at 6am and my call was answered by a real person. I was treated wonderfully, and they came to the rescue.
Their on call staff was amazing. She walked me through double checking everything on my side with clear explanations and direction. Once it was decided that it wasn't something with the breakers or relays, I was put on the rotation and told a tech would be out late morning.
Carlos arrived about 11 and went right to work. He did a thorough exam of my whole system and found a couple of different issues. He clearly explained what was needed, showed me the parts

The basis for my 3-star rating is two parts. First, I give Twila and her service team kudos for the 5-star service that they provide. I don't know if anyone can do a better job responding to pump repair needs post haste. However, I'd give them 1-star for their equipment pricing. I was able to find exact pump & motor pricing consistently 35-40% less from reputable vendors. To me, that kind of price gouging doesn't offset their stellar service rating and I'm slightly disappointed when considering the whole of parts pricing and service combined. Would I use them again? Most definitely I would call

A & S Pump Service was a most warm and personable experience answering all my questions and fully explaining what may have been the problem replacing any necessary parts to fully correct the problem and absorbing any extra costs due to an unexpected problem that occured. I had the pleasure of meeting three different crews over the three days it took to correct the problems all of which were very professional and personable taking the problem and making the job a personal task. Also had the pleasure of meeting Scott personally and Twila by phone. My experience was an absolute pleasure. Definately
